Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days ( Monday–Friday) from your order date (usually on the same day) Shipping days do not include the weekend.  All of our package pickup is daily at 3pm Eastern Time. 

All orders receive an email notice of shipping status and delivery confirmation and tracking number, including standard shipping method!  Please track your orders. If you have not received your shipment and your notice says "delivered" contact us immediately to troubleshoot the issue. If we are notified more than 5 days past a said delivery date, we are not responsible for missing packages.

International Shipping via DHL Express International  or USPS International

Please be advised that all international orders are shipped via DHL Express or USPS International for your choice. NOTE: Taxes and customs fees may be applied at the delivery time; the buyer is responsible for these charges, you will be contacted.
