Return and Exchange Policy for our handmade products
At LinenLark, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade hand-dyed textiles. However, if you or your client changed your mind or bought too much for your project, we are pleased to offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
Returns:
- We accept returns of unused items within 20 days of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at linenlark@gmail.com to receive a return shipping address.
- To qualify for a refund, the returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received, complete with their original packaging.
- Once our warehouse receives the product in its original, undamaged condition, we will issue a full refund for the amount of the purchased product to your payment method only. Usually, this process takes about 2 weeks.
- Items returned in a used or non-original condition or packaging are non-refundable.
- For a smooth process, please use trackable shipping for your returns.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
- Exchanges are possible for items that meet our return guidelines and are in their original packaging.

- We will respond promptly, guiding you through the exchange process to ensure a seamless experience ensuring you receive the desired product.
Additional Information:
- The customer is responsible for any extra shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges, as we do not provide any return labels, and any shipping costs for customer-returned orders are not refundable (for domestic as well as international shipping)
- In the rare event of a returned package being lost, we recommend purchasing insurance for the returned product. LinenLark cannot be held accountable for lost returns.
- If there is a mistake in your shipment, kindly contact us immediately. We will swiftly rectify any errors to ensure your satisfaction.
